Immediate starts and ongoing work throughout the year with an opportunity to work towards a permanent contract.
Working as a refuse truck driver, you will play a vital role in the day to day waste collections in the local area. Going out with a crew of loaders, you will drive to set routes collecting general waste, recycling and other waste products before coming back to the depot.
You will have a full UK Driving licence with HGV Cat C qualification, CPC and Digi Card. No more than 6 points on your licence and no DD/DR codes.
We are looking for someone who has ideally worked with waste previously, ideally driving a rear steer vehicle.
Immediate start offering full time work over 4 days per week, regular and ongoing.
Tuesday to Friday work from 05:45am. You will usually work around 37 - 40 hours per week.
You will be paid £14.71 per hour for the first 12 weeks. Following this, you will be paid £15.75 per hour.
