Your new role as Director of Repairs and Maintenance will require you to lead the delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, compliance, and asset investment programmes across a housing association's property portfolio, ensuring homes are safe, well-maintained, and provide value for money.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you will need experience in a similar role and ideally possess membership to a relevant governing body i.e. MRICS or MCIOB.
