Summary

The Pharmacy Tech role will mainly be based in practice across 5 days, but some hybrid working may be available. Key duties and areas of responsibility - Process medication changes following hospital discharge communications. Support repeat prescribing and repeat dispensing systems. Undertake medicines reconciliation and medication reviews within competence. Respond to patient medication queries. Support chronic disease management and inhaler technique assessments. Maintain accurate patient records and undertake prescribing audits. Support annual vaccination programmes Support with quality improvement projects and clinical audit
