HMP Altcourse is the busiest remand prison in England, accommodating approximately 1,160 adult males with an average stay of 10 weeks. Practice Plus Group provides primary care and substance misuse services across eight wings, clinic areas, inpatient facilities, and reception services. This is an excellent development opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual who is passionate about improving patient experience, strengthening patient voice, and driving highquality health promotion for a vulnerable and diverse population. The Patient Engagement Lead plays a key role in enhancing how patients interact with our service, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and involved in decisions about their care. This highly visible and varied role involves close partnership working with both healthcare and prison colleagues, as well as external organisations. Salary £29,264 - £33,510 per annum Hours This position is full time working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are between 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
