Quality Manager

Dorking, Surrey | Manufacturing | ISO 13485

We're looking for more than just a Quality Manager. We're looking for a strong leader who can make things happen.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Quality Manager to take ownership of the quality function within a busy manufacturing environment.

We need someone who leads from the front, tackles challenges head-on and inspires those around them. Someone who can make tough decisions, drive improvements and maintain high standards, while creating a positive, supportive and motivated team.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading, coaching and developing the quality team.

  • Taking ownership of the QMS, ensuring ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 compliance.

  • Driving quality improvements, reducing defects and improving performance.

  • Leading audits, root cause investigations and corrective actions.

  • Working closely with manufacturing and engineering to solve problems and improve processes.

  • Building a strong, proactive and accountable quality culture.

What we're looking for

  • Proven ISO 13485 experience is essential.

  • Strong Quality Management experience within manufacturing.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and positively influence a team.

  • Experience managing QMS, audits, NCRs and CAPAs.

  • A confident, proactive problem-solver who isn't afraid to challenge and drive change.

  • A positive, approachable and supportive attitude, combined with the determination to deliver results.
