Summary

School Business Manager

Moore Teachers is working with a welcoming primary school that provides a supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to thrive both academically and personally. The role:

Leading the school's business and operational functions
Managing financial processes, budgets, and resource allocation
Supporting HR, recruitment, and personnel administration
Overseeing facilities, health and safety, and compliance requirements
Working closely with the Headteacher and governors to support the school's strategic objectives
Contributing to the efficient day-to-day running of the school

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in a School Business Manager or senior school administration role
Possess strong financial, organisational, and leadership skills
Have knowledge of school compliance, HR, and operational procedures
Be an excellent communicator with the ability to build positive relationships
Be proactive, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
