Your new role

Working as a temporary receptionist, you will be responsible for

Meeting and greeting visitors

Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries

Booking meeting rooms and coordinating visitor access

Handling incoming and outgoing posts

Maintaining reception and communal areas

Providing administrative support to office teams

Assisting with data entry and general office duties as required

Car ownership is highly recommended due to the location of the office.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous reception, front-of-house, customer service, or administrative experience

Professional and confident communication skills

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

A proactive and flexible approach to work

Competency in Microsoft Office applications

Availability to undertake short-notice assignments

What you'll get in return

This is a temporary role to start ASAP, £12.71 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
