Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Car Sales Executive to join our successful used car business in Lancing, West Sussex.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in car sales. Previous car sales experience is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided to the right candidate.

The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable vehicles, responding to telephone and online enquiries, arranging test drives and learning how to manage the sales process from start to finish.

The successful candidate will receive support from an experienced team and have the opportunity to develop their sales skills and build a long-term career in the motor trade.

We offer a competitive basic salary, commission and potential performance-related bonuses, with earning potential dependent on performance.

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based at our Lancing branch, BN15 0QZ. Monday to Friday working, with weekend availability required.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence held for at least three years and the right to work in the United Kingdom.
