The Role:
- As a reception supervisor, you will oversee the reception activities between the guest and the various hotel departments
- A reception supervisor is responsible for supervising the first impressions of our guests, ensuring service is delivered
- Ensuring your team have a current knowledge of the

consistently at a high standard
