Summary

Senior Business Support Officer needed in Ellesmere Port

This is a temporary role and the rate is £16.89ph PAYE

The reference number is: 5308102

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, proactive and detail‑focused administrator who plays a central role in delivering a smooth, compliant and efficient onboarding experience for new starters.

They will coordinate pre‑employment checks with accuracy and pace, managing DBS applications, references and Right to Work documentation while keeping candidates, managers, agencies and HR colleagues fully updated throughout the process. They will maintain meticulous records, uphold recruitment policies and timescales, and work collaboratively with Senior Business Support Officers and the wider recruitment team to manage high volumes of activity.

With strong communication skills, a customer‑focused approach and the ability to juggle competing priorities, they will ensure new employees and agency workers are welcomed into the organisation professionally and without delay.
