Summary
We are seeking a motivated Customer Sales Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service to promote our products and services. Responsibilities
Answer calls from customers and assist them with their sales enquiries in a professional manner
Contact customers regularly, maintaining B2B relationships, identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Reach out to potential new customers and creating new working relationships
Process orders accurately and efficiently using company systems
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships
