Our store staff are knowledgeable and provide a helpful, personal service.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill in Horsham.
Our store is located within Hillier Garden Centre in Horsham, offering a picturesque and relaxed shopping environment surrounded by nature and landscaped gardens. As part of a popular destination for garden lovers and local shoppers alike, the store attracts a mix of loyal regulars and new visitors. Horsham itself is a thriving market town in West Sussex, known for its historic charm, vibrant community, and easy access to the countryside.

As Store Manager, you will:
Lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work independently and lead by example. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
