Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor at a well-established main dealership in Stoke. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Service Advisors seeking to advance their career within a professional and dynamic environment. Duties:

- Welcome and assist customers professionally, providing a high standard of customer service

- Manage service bookings efficiently and accurately as the Service Advisor

- Offer factual advice and upsell additional services where appropriate

- Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely progression of vehicle repairs and maintenance

- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in line with dealership procedures

- Promote dealership services and loyalty programmes

- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and health & safety procedures

- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the dealership’s reputation

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or automotive environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational and time-management abilities

- Customer-focused approach with a professional demeanour

- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Full UK driving licence
