Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established multi-franchise approved car dealership located in the Treforest area, for the position of Vehicle Parts Advisor.

The Vehicle Parts Advisor will play a vital role in supporting the dealership’s parts department by delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth. - Up to £26,500 annual basic salary

Duties:

- Sell vehicle parts via telephone, internet, and other telesales channels

- Accurately identify customer requirements and select the correct parts

- Receive, process, and dispatch parts orders efficiently

- Maintain a professional and courteous approach with trade and retail customers

- Achieve sales targets to contribute to parts department growth

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Use dealer management systems (Pinnacle) and electronic parts catalogues daily

- Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients

Requirements for the Parts Advisor role:

- Recent or current experience working within automotive parts (car parts preferred)

- Motor factor background considered

- Strong IT literacy and familiarity with dealer management systems

- UK driving licence with minimal points

- Excellent customer service and sales skills

- Friendly, charismatic, and professional manner

- Able to commute easily to Treforest
