Working collaboratively with community respiratory teams and secondary care specialists to deliver seamless patient care. You will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of patient care through: Delivering safe, effective, evidence-based clinical practice. Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous clinical records. Participating in audit, service evaluation, and quality improvement activities. Supporting clinical governance, patient safety, and risk management initiatives. Adhering to practice policies, procedures, and infection prevention standards. What We Can Offer A welcoming, supportive, and forward-thinking practice team. Opportunity to help shape and develop respiratory services. Collaborative working within a multidisciplinary environment. Protected opportunities for continuing professional development. A varied and rewarding clinical role combining acute and chronic disease management. The chance to make a genuine difference to the health and wellbeing of our local community.
