St Elphege’s Schools are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants across the infant and junior schools.St. Elphege’s Infant School and St. Elphege’s Junior School are part of the Sancta Familia Catholic Academy Trust. • Highly motivated, creative and well organised

• Able to work with a range of pupils of varying ability and age

• Have an NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification

• Be a great team player who can collaborate with others and contribute to the smooth functioning and workings of the school

• Be able to adapt activities and facilitate learning for individuals

• Be able to engage pupils so they enjoy and make progress in their learning and understanding

• Provide learning experiences which develop the whole child so that they can gain the independence and skills they need to prepare them for adulthood
