Production Manager to join our growing
Livingston-based client.

Working as a Production Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimising the production process. Including:
- Overseeing manufacturing and production processes
- Creating SOPs and maintaining high-quality standards
- Implementing all the company's procedures and policies
- Recruiting and managing new production staff members
- Monitoring productivity rates, standards and quality control
- Implementing safety, health, environment and quality requirements
The successful Production Manager will have:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment at managerial level
- A valid Passport for travel to initial training abroad (expenses paid)
- Knowledge of CNC machinery, maintenance and quality control
- Excellent leadership skills
