Summary
Two opportunities for Therapeutic Radiographers to join a radiotherapy department delivering cancer treatment. You will provide accurate, safe radiotherapy treatment while supporting patients through their care journey.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver radiotherapy treatments using linear accelerators and related technology.
Perform image-guided radiotherapy checks to ensure treatment accuracy.
Provide information, reassurance and support to patients during treatment.
Monitor patients for side effects and refer to the wider team where needed.
Supervise and support students and junior radiographers.
Follow radiation protection regulations (IR(ME)R) and departmental quality standards.
