FLT Counterbalance Driver – Permanent Position
Location: Bilsthorpe (Transport required due to location)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Shift: Days – 7:00am start until finish, usually around 4:00pm
Overtime: Flexibility required
Ambitions Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver on behalf of our client.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a permanent position within a busy warehouse environment, with consistent day shifts and the opportunity for overtime.
The Role
As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, your responsibilities will include:

Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently.
•
Loading and unloading vehicles.
•
Moving and positioning stock around the warehouse.
•
Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations.
•
Ensuring stock is handled safely and stored in the correct locations.
•
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
•
Supporting colleagues with general warehouse duties when required.
•
Working additional hours when needed to meet operational demands.
Working Hours
•
Day shifts starting at
7:00am
•
Finish time is usually around
4:00pm, depending on workload.
•
Flexibility to work overtime when required is essential.
The Ideal Candidate
•
A valid FLT Counterbalance licence is essential.
•
Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck.
•
Reliable, punctual and hardworking, with a positive attitude.
•
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
•
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
•
Flexible regarding finish times and overtime.
