Care Home Manager for a well-regarded home in Stockton-on-Tees, with
excellent reviews and a Good CQC rating.
We are looking for a stable, hands-on leader who can inspire a team, maintain high standards and provide outstanding, person-centred care.
The Role:
• Lead and motivate the care team, promoting a positive working culture.
• Maintain high standards of care, compliance and resident wellbeing.
• Ensure CQC requirements and quality standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Provide consistent leadership and support the continued success of the home.
About You:
• Previous care home management experience, or suitable senior leadership experience.
• Good knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passionate about quality care, team stability and long-term success.
