About this Role
Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice People Coordinator to join our established and supportive People Team at Gloucestershire College.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take your first step into a career in People/HR, gaining hands-on experience within a busy and collaborative team while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
You don’t need any previous HR experience. We’re looking for someone who is organised, approachable and keen to learn, with a genuine interest in working with people and developing a career within the People profession. You’ll be comfortable communicating with a range of people, enjoy working as part of a team and bring a positive, can-do attitude to the role.
As part of the People Team, you’ll gain practical experience across the full employee lifecycle, supporting a wide range of People activities and building your knowledge and confidence as you progress. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues across different areas of HR, giving you a great introduction to how an effective People function supports employees, managers and the wider organisation.
