Summary
The applicant will be expected to provide high quality safe and effective services to the practice population whilst working collaboratively within the team: Our sessions are a mix of F2F and telephone / online consultations Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions Duty GP and patient triage Administration of letters/test results etc - maintain accurate clinical records Contribute to enhanced service delivery Home visits
