Level 6 Early Years Practitioner

The role:
- Supporting the learning and development of children within the Early Years setting
- Planning and delivering engaging learning opportunities in line with the EYFS framework
- Promoting children's social, emotional, and academic development
- Monitoring progress and contributing to observations and assessments
- Working closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Level 6 Early Years qualification or equivalent
- Have experience working within an Early Years setting
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
- Be nurturing, enthusiastic, and passionate about early childhood education
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
