We are recruiting Production Operatives to work within a busy aerospace manufacturing environment in Redditch. These are hands-on shop-floor positions involving the processing, finishing and manufacture of precision metal components.

There are opportunities across several areas of production, with full training provided to help you develop the skills required for your role.

Light Scurf Operative

Removing surface defects from larger metal components using hand mops, milling tools and other finishing equipment.

FPI Production Operative

Processing metal components through a specialist Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) line, involving dye application, washing and oven processes. The process helps reveal surface defects so components can be assessed and directed for further work where required. Full training will be provided.

Forge Ancillary Operative

Supporting the forging department and associated production processes, helping ensure components and production operations run efficiently.
