Summary

Delivery Services Advisor

Location: Knightsbridge, London

Contract: Temporary assignment until mid-January 2027

Rate of pay: £14.25 per hour

Hours: 8-hour shifts between 10:00am and 9:00pm

Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis

Delivery Services Advisor to join our client's prestigious flagship store in

Knightsbridge.

Acting as the key link between sales teams, customers, couriers and delivery partners, you'll help ensure every delivery reaches its destination smoothly, whether it's across the UK or around the world.

Your Time at Work

As a Delivery Services Advisor, you will:

- Be the main point of contact for delivery-related enquiries

- Coordinate deliveries between store sales teams and courier partners

- Keep customers and colleagues updated via email, telephone, and face-to-face communication

- Track deliveries and provide timely progress updates

- Investigate and resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally

- Escalate any concerns when required to achieve the best outcome for the customer

- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external delivery providers

- Help create a smooth and seamless delivery experience for customers

Our Perfect Worker

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous customer service experience

- Enjoys working with people and providing excellent service

- Has strong communication and organisational skills

- Is confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems

- Can remain calm and professional when dealing with queries

- Enjoys problem-solving and finding solutions

- Works well both independently and as part of a team

- Takes ownership of tasks and sees them through to completion

Experience within retail, logistics, deliveries, or customer support would be an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
