Summary
Calcon Projects & Facilities Management is an established electrical, building services and facilities management contractor based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. We hold CHAS Elite, Constructionline Gold, NICEIC and TrustMark accreditations.
We are looking for an organized, detail-focused HSEQ Administrator to take day-to-day ownership of our health, safety, environmental and quality records. You will report to the Directors and work with our operations team, engineers and subcontractors.
Your duties will include:
- keeping HSEQ policies, procedures and the document register up to date
- managing accreditation renewals (CHAS, ConstructionOnline, NICEIC, TrustMark)
- logging and tracking risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
- keeping the staff training matrix up to date and flagging expiring certificates
- checking subcontractor insurance, training cards and right to work documents
- recording accidents, incidents and near misses, and preparing RIDDOR reports
- maintaining safety registers such as PPE, tool testing and vehicle checks
- preparing for audits and following up actions
- keeping environmental and quality records
- completing the compliance sections of tenders and prequalification questionnaires
- producing a monthly HSEQ report for the Directors
