At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Production Operative to work with an important company in the Warrington WA5 3TP area. THG | Myprotein is a leading sports nutrition brand, delivering a range of quality products including protein powder, vitamins and minerals, high-protein foods, snack alternatives.
As this is a 6 am start, if you live outside of Warrington please ensure that you have your own transport.
Shift Patterns:
Monday - Friday Rotation Morning /Afternoon
Week 1: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00
Week 2: Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:00
Weekly rotation from Week 1 to Week 2 timetable is mandatory.
Sunday - Thursday Fixed Nights
Sunday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:00
Pay Rates
Day shift £13.13p/h
After 6pm £14.53 p/h
30 minutes paid break
Overtime: 1.5 x basic pay rate after 42 hours worked in one week
As a Production Operative you will need to have:
Interest to learn new skills and processes as full training will be provided.
Communication and numeracy skills - a good level of English is required.
Good attention to details.
Excellent Timekeeping and high performance.
This is a full-time role; you must have full-time Right to Work permitted.
Role of a Production Operative:
Working within a busy/fast paced environment which requires a high level of dexterity and accuracy.
Manual weighing out of ingredients of bags up to 25kg - following a recipe.
Quality checking and reporting results
Working to a schedule as part of a team
Clean-down the station
and other manufacturing areas
between batches and allergens
Checking of batches & quantities
Checking documentation to ensure products are packed in line with specification.
Complete all health and safety checks and actions in line with company procedure.
