Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a
HR Administrator to join a busy HR team in Croydon on an immediate-start temporary contract, expected to run until
March, with the potential for longer-term opportunities.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone with solid
generalist HR experience who is confident handling a high volume of employee queries and providing first-line HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a high volume of general HR enquiries
- Providing first-line support and advice to employees and managers
- Assisting with grievance and disciplinary cases
- Conducting initial triage and fact-finding before escalation
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
- Supporting the wider HR team with day-to-day administration
About You:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role is essential
- Comfortable dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- CIPD qualification is
- Available to start immediately or within a short notice period (ideally under 2 weeks)
