Summary
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to safeguarding concerns and disclosures, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
• Maintain accurate and confidential safeguarding records and student files.
• Liaise with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), parents, social services and external agencies.
• Monitor student welfare, attendance and signs of abuse, neglect or vulnerability.
• Support referrals and follow up on safeguarding cases in line with school policies and procedures.
