Summary
We’re seeking a reliable, proactive Site Support team member to join our facilities operation in a dynamic educational setting. This role supports the smooth running of the site through general duties, maintenance collaboration, and structured compliance routines.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general site duties including cleaning, basic maintenance, and grounds support
Support the opening, closing and securing of the premises as required
Assist with room setups, event preparation, and site readiness for school activities
Carry out routine site inspections and report defects, hazards, damage and maintenance requirements
Monitor site security, access control, and safeguarding protocols
Support health & safety routines and emergency response procedures
Liaise with school/site management and escalate issues appropriately
Provide access for approved contractors and visitors and liaise with contractors while on site
Work alongside our in-house maintenance and facilities team as required
Maintain structured logs for tasks, incidents, and compliance checks
