Your main office base will be Workington, but you will manage a neighbourhood patch covering the surrounding areas. Regular travel throughout these communities is therefore an important part of the role.

You will provide an excellent service across lettings and tenancy management, helping residents sustain successful tenancies and supporting thriving neighbourhoods. Your responsibilities will include allocations, safeguarding and responding to anti-social behaviour.

What you’ll bring

Experience of working within social housing

Knowledge of lettings and tenancy management

A commitment to excellent customer care and resident engagement

Confidence in handling safeguarding and anti-social behaviour matters

The ability to maintain accurate, timely marketing information for empty homes

A positive, self-motivated approach and the ability to meet deadlines

A focus on achieving team targets and responding promptly to customer enquiries

You’ll work closely with colleagues across CCHA, building positive relationships with residents and partners to resolve issues and deliver responsive, value-for-money services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team; develop your experience and have a positive impact on the people and communities we serve.

If you’re passionate about providing excellent housing services and making a positive difference for residents, we’d be delighted to receive your application. Click Apply on the vacancy listing on our website to get started.
