Long Term Futures are recruiting qualified Primary Teachers for opportunities in East Molesey (KT8) and surrounding areas, with both long-term teaching positions and supply teaching opportunities available for immediate starts.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teachers who can confidently deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the Primary National Curriculum

- Teach within EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your experience and preferences

- Maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management

- Adapt teaching to support pupils with different abilities and SEN needs

- Assess and monitor pupil progress where required

- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other school staff

- Follow school policies and maintain high safeguarding standards

- For longterm roles, contribute to planning, assessment and wider classroom responsibilities

Essential Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

- Experience teaching within a UK primary school

- Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum

- Confidence teaching across your preferred primary key stages

- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
