Electrician, PPM

The Role

Working across social housing and private residential properties, you'll carry out a variety of electrical installation, maintenance and repair works while ensuring high standards of safety, quality and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Electrical installation, maintenance and repair works.

Testing, inspection and fault finding.

Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues.

Working within occupied and void properties.

Completing job sheets and recording materials used.

Ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.

Identifying equipment that requires repair or replacement.

Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.

Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Qualified Electrician with up-to-date electrical qualifications.

Full UK Manual Driving Licence.

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Commitment to safe working practices and quality workmanship.

Desirable

Experience working within social housing.

Experience carrying out maintenance and repair works within residential properties.

Multi-trade experience.

Inspection and testing experience.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll be someone who takes pride in delivering work to a high standard and enjoys providing an excellent service to customers.

You may already be working as an Electrician, Maintenance Electrician or Domestic Electrician. Most importantly, you'll be reliable, self-motivated and committed to maintaining the high standards that our customers expect.
