Duties:

- Handling inbound Aftersales calls with professionalism and confidence

- Providing expert advice and support to customers, resolving queries efficiently

- Managing customer enquiries by guiding them through appropriate processes

- Scheduling appointments for the Aftersales team

- Building strong, positive relationships with colleagues and customers

- Handling objections and managing customer expectations effectively

- Ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression and customer satisfaction is prioritised

- Supporting the team to deliver outstanding service at all times

Requirements:

- Exceptional communication skills and a professional telephone manner

- Strong listening skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service

- Ability to prioritise tasks and perform effectively under pressure

- Experience in telephone or face-to-face customer contact preferred

- Knowledge of what makes customers feel valued and welcomed

- Understanding of car sales or aftersales is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided
