Summary
Join one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies as a Packing Operator on a Night Shift pattern at AstraZeneca's Macclesfield site.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, supporting the packaging and delivery of life-changing medicines to patients around the world.
What you'll be doing:
- Operating and monitoring packaging equipment
- Carrying out quality and compliance checks
- Following GMP and standard operating procedures
- Completing production documentation accurately
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping
What we're looking for:
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packing experience is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to quality and following procedures
- Basic IT skills
Assessment Process Successful applicants will have their CV reviewed by AstraZeneca hiring managers. Candidates selected to progress will be invited to attend an on-site Assessment Centre at AstraZeneca Macclesfield. Further information will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
Pay Rate:
- Grade 6
- Starting rate: £13.83 per hour
- Enhanced rates apply after 13 weeks in line with AWR regulations
Location: Macclesfield Shift: Permanent Night Shift Contract: Agency / Temporary Ongoing
