BIBI Healthcare Ltd is looking for Healthcare Assistants and care workers in Accrington, Preston, Blackburn, Lancashire

Duties will include:

Work within a care team to deliver high quality care to the elderly in line with their individual care plans.

Assist the service users with daily activities and promote their independence, dignity and privacy in a caring manner

Ensure the health, safety and welfare of the service users

Work in line with regulatory guidelines, such as those from the Health & Safety Executive and Care Quality Commission

Essential requirements:

NO experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK required (in a Nursing/Care Home environment) or cleaning or catering experience in a fast paced setting.

we can give you training if you dont have the experience

Enthusiastic, good communicator and able to work in a busy environment

Good verbal and written English

Please note that an Enhanced DBS check will be required (we will support you in applying for this).DBS Check is mandatory and a valid Certificate is essential when working in the care industry. If you have this it would be an advantage

Uniform is mandatory and Tunic will be provided to you.

Driving License would be useful although not essential
