Summary
The Best Connection is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our client based in Bilston.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Salary £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped bonus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing new business opportunities across the West Midlands region.
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts.
- Building strong relationships with customers across foodservice, wholesale, retail and distribution sectors.
- Conducting face-to-face customer visits and sales meetings.
- Generating and following up sales leads.
- Negotiating pricing and commercial agreements.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
- Providing outstanding customer service and account management.
- Preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate customer records.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B field sales with evidence of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience within the meat, food or FMCG sector would be highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a resilient and driven approach.
- Commercially aware with excellent business development abilities.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales territory.
