Summary
Oasis Academy Fir Vale is a vibrant
and inclusive school dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and inspiring
environment for all. We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team and help maintain high standards of cleanliness
across the Academy. Key Responsibilities
Clean
classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets and shared spaces to an excellent
standard.
Respond
promptly to urgent cleaning requests and carry out emergency cleaning when
required.
Follow
health and safety procedures and infection control guidelines.
Use
cleaning equipment responsibly and store materials securely.
Support
the wider team with deep cleaning during school holiday periods.
What We’re Looking For Essential:
Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
Good
organisational and communication skills.
Physically
fit for tasks involving lifting and standing.
Commitment
to safeguarding and maintaining professional boundaries with children.
Desirable:
Previous
cleaning experience, ideally in a school or similar setting.
Knowledge
of Health & Safety practices.
