Summary

Warehouse Picker - Tickhill

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Picker to work with DHL UK in Tickhill. This role involves completing general warehouse duties, including picking paint products of various sizes using MHE equipment such as HLOP, PPT, or LLOP. You will be responsible for manual handling, loading, and unloading stock, with full training provided to ensure you are confident in your tasks.

Shift Patterns:

* Working any 5 days out of 7, with a rotating schedule of mornings (06.00-14.00) and afternoons (14.00-22.00).

* 30-minute unpaid break per shift.

* Total hours paid weekly: 37.5 hours.

* Weekend work required as needed.

Pay Rates:

* 13.22 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Picker:

* Must be able to work full time, minimum 37.5 hours per week.

* Must be able to work any 5 days out of 7.

* Must be physically fit for manual handling, as products can weigh up to 15 litres.

* Must be able to commute to the site location; own transport is preferred, though public transport is available from Doncaster town centre.

* Must be confident in learning the use of HLOP and PPT equipment.

Skills and Qualifications for Warehouse Picker:

* Previous MHE experience working on any type of forklift such as PPT, LLOP, HLOP, Reach Truck, or VNA.

* Team player with good communication skills.

* Ability to work alone effectively.

* Commitment to following site Health and Safety rules and clean as you go policies.

Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Picker:

* Picking products using a scanner and navigating the warehouse using HLOP or PPT.

* Manual handling of stock ranging from 500g to 20 litres.

* Loading and unloading goods efficiently.

* Performing general warehouse duties as required.
