Summary

The company:

A well-established company specialising in property maintenance, insulation and home improvement works, with a focus on delivering high-quality services across residential properties.

The role:

As a Loft Installer, you will be responsible for carrying out loft installation works within residential properties. This will include installing loft insulation, loft boarding and other associated works, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Qualifications

Previous experience working as a Loft Installer or in a similar role.

Knowledge of loft insulation and boarding installation.

Full UK driving licence preferred.

Relevant health and safety qualifications desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

Installing loft insulation and loft boarding in residential properties.

Carrying out loft installations in line with company standards and specifications.

Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Working to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Following health and safety procedures when working in loft spaces.

Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.

Reporting any issues or additional work requirements to the relevant supervisor.

Delivering a professional service to customers while working in occupied properties.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Previous experience in loft installation, insulation, boarding or a similar construction role.

Practical knowledge of installing loft insulation and boarding.

Good attention to detail and the ability to complete work to a high standard.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A strong understanding of health and safety requirements.

Good communication skills and a professional attitude when working in residential properties.

A reliable and hardworking approach, with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
