Summary

Buildsy Ltd is seeking an organised and motivated Area Manager to support retail clients across Staffordshire. The successful applicant will help manage day-to-day shop operations, support store teams, monitor performance and maintain high standards across multiple retail locations.

The role combines office-based planning and administration in Stoke-on-Trent with regular travel to client retail shops throughout Staffordshire.

Main duties

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple client retail shops.

* Visit stores to check presentation, cleanliness, customer service and operational standards.

* Support store managers and retail employees.

* Monitor sales performance, targets and operational reports.

* Help resolve customer complaints and operational issues.

* Assist clients with staffing, rotas and workforce planning.

* Ensure stores follow relevant company policies and health and safety procedures.

* Identify areas for improvement and recommend practical solutions.

* Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on store performance.

* Attend the Stoke-on-Trent office for approximately two days per week.

* Travel to client sites across Staffordshire on other working days as required.
