Job Description
Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Ltd is recruiting Warehouse Cleaners / Waste Operatives to join the cleaning and waste management team at a large warehouse facility in Coventry.
We have full-time day and night shift opportunities available for reliable, hardworking individuals.
This is a hands-on role where you will help maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collecting, sorting and disposing of waste throughout the warehouse.
Supporting recycling and waste segregation processes.
Cleaning warehouse floors, loading bays and operational areas.
Emptying bins and maintaining designated waste disposal areas.
Sweeping, mopping and carrying out general cleaning duties.
Following site health and safety procedures.
Supporting the wider cleaning team with daily housekeeping tasks.
Requirements
Valid passport required.
Safety boots must be worn on site.
Must be willing to complete a Basic DBS check.
Clean criminal record required.
Physically able to carry out cleaning and waste removal duties.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
Able to work the advertised shift pattern.
