We're looking for a Multi Skilled Technician to provide mobile facilities maintenance support across Network Rail sites in the Manchester area.

Role Responsibilities

-Carry out planned maintenance tasks including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting testing, water hygiene checks and meter readings.

-Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete minor fabric, plumbing and decorating repairs.

-Maintain accurate maintenance records, RAMS and permit documentation.

-Support other engineering trades and undertake additional training where required.

-Deliver excellent customer service whilst ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.

Required QualificationsApplicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

-Experience in building maintenance, handyperson, facilities or janitorial duties.

-Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment.

-Knowledge of statutory building compliance and safe systems of work.

-Full UK driving licence.

-Ability to accurately record work using worksheets and computer-based systems.
