Summary
We are currently recruiting for a
Area Relief Officer to join the G4S team, working for a well-known site in
Glasgow.
Applicants must have an SIA licence and a full UK manual driving licence.
Position: Area Relief Officer
Location: Glasgow
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 12 hour shifts - Days, nights and weekends
Shifts: Various
Your Time at Work
As an Area Relief Officer your duties include:
- Gatehouse duties
- Greeting staff and visitors
- Controlling access in and out of the building
- Searching people and bags
- Patrolling the premises and ensuring security protocols are being adhered to
- Dealing with disturbances/ issues and security incidents
- Dealing with first aid and incident reporting
Must have your own vehicle as shifts maybe allocated at short notice.
Please note- you must be a British National and have been a resident in the United Kingdom for a minimum of 5 years and apply with a full CV for consideration for this role. This vacancy is subject to Special Clearance, which may take up to 3 months, although you will be able to work whilst these checks are undertaken.
Our Perfect Worker
It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills. All our admin is digital and paperless, so you'll need to be tech-savvy enough to use our digital devices.
Our perfect Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times.
