Summary

The MDT coordinator is an essential part of the smooth running and efficiency of the MDT Meetings. This post is designed to act as the key support for the MDT. This is a new role within the service as gives a real opportunity for the post holder to grow this role. Succesful candiate may have options to work from their prefered site location, there will be some element of travel for this role at times of face to face meetings.

The MDT coordinator is an essential part of the smooth running and efficiency of the MDT Meetings. This post is designed to act as the key support for the MDT, in terms of the organising and supporting their team meetings, tracking patients along the pathway and ensuring timely and accurate collection of data, producing reports and undertaking audits as required.

Main duties will involve generating MDT agenda's, organising and supporting the meetings. Tracking outcomes and following the patient through their pathway and ensuring timely and accurate collection of data, producing reports and undertaking audits as required.
