Summary
Turners (Soham) is recruiting LGV Class 1 Night Drivers to be based in Northwich, CW9 7NU.
As a professional and skilled driver you will be required to demonstrate professionalism and courteous conduct to our customers. You will develop close working relationships with your planning, training, and supervisory team, and driving colleagues in an organisation that strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Our customers have variable delivery times that are governed by needs, capacity and schedules, meaning that drivers will need to has some flexibility, with shift starting and finishing times. Shift lengths do vary but you are expected to comply with all Tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations at all times.
Turners can offer employment to suitable newly qualified drivers with limited experience, and full training will be provided to these candidates. We are also keen to engage experienced drivers who can bring expertise and knowledge to our company.
Shift pattern available:
- Monday - Friday Nights
- Start time between 21:00 and 23:00
Successful applicants MUST have the following:
• Full LGV (C+E) Class 1 licence.
• Driver CPC & Tacho Card.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
