Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and enhancement of management information, performance reporting, and business intelligence solutions across Children's Services.
Support the implementation of a new Liquidlogic case management system, including reporting development and data specification design.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations to meet operational and strategic requirements.
Work closely with service managers, operational teams, and system suppliers to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
Produce detailed data specifications and ensure reporting outputs meet business needs and statutory reporting requirements.
Plan and coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring system reports and dashboards perform as expected.
Provide analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to identify trends, performance issues, risks, and opportunities.
Support reporting developments required under the Families First reforms and other service transformation initiatives.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with relevant legislation and governance standards.
Manage and prioritise multiple reporting projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
