AtSodexo, we’re looking for a friendly and dependable Part-Time Post RoomOperative to join our team. You’ll play an important role in ensuring mail anddeliveries are received, sorted and distributed efficiently, helping our siterun smoothly each day.

What you’ll do:

Receive, sort, process, distribute, collect and dispatch mail, parcels and deliveries accurately and securely.

Use mail tracking systems to record and monitor items, maintaining accurate records and ensuring full traceability.

Provide excellent customer service by responding to mailroom enquiries and supporting colleagues, clients and visitors.

Follow all company procedures, security requirements, and Health and Safety guidelines, ensuring mailroom equipment is used safely.

Support the wider Sodexo team with general workplace duties, including reception cover during busy periods, with training provided.

What you bring:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic IT skills, including email, Microsoft Office and tracking systems.

Understanding of Health and Safety, security and safe manual handling.

Previous experience in a mailroom, post room, logistics or customer service role is desirable.
