Pay and Shift Pattern

- Monday to Friday: AM 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm Rotating Weekly

- £14.11 per hour plus 5% shift allowance

- £14.81 per hour including shift allowance

- Flexibility required for weekday shifts

The Role

Working as part of a small manufacturing team, you will help operate a multi-stage production line, ensuring products are processed, cut, packed and stored safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating production machinery and entering specifications via an HMI system.

- Adding materials to processing equipment and monitoring production.

- Cutting, sawing and packing finished insulation products.

- Handling raw materials and storing finished goods.

- Following standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

- Previous production, manufacturing or machine operating experience.

- Experience operating machinery and following procedures.

- Good numeracy and literacy skills.

- Physically fit for manual handling duties.

- Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
