Mobile Electrical Engineer - FM Service Provider - Door to Door Travel - London - Up to £45-48,000
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider covering a portfolio of sites across London.
You'll be an experienced mobile electrical engineer, confident working on your own across multiple sites.
In return, the company is offering a salary of up to £45,000 with door to door travel paid.
Hours of Work
- 08:00 - 17:00
- Mobile role covering sites across London and surrounding areas
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a mobile portfolio
- Lighting: installation, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes and control panels
- Power distribution fault-finding and repairs
- Emergency lighting tests
- Testing and inspection
- Completing job sheets and service reports
- Dealing with client site contacts in a professional manner
- AHU's / FCU's
- Water Temps
- General all round maintenance
Package
- Up to £45-48,000 basic
- Door to door travel paid
- Van / fuel card (No Personal use)
- Holiday, pension, overtime, call-out
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Electrical
- 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
- Proven experience as a mobile or multi-site electrical engineer
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Good communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
